We have made a start with what is perhaps the ultimate challenge, or maybe the height of eccentricity: naming all the pupils and teachers in those long panoramic photos. The first photo we attempted to name was taken in 1943, and thanks to an ingenious numbering system devised by Alan Cruchley (1938) plus a lot of help via emails from the pupils who were present in the photo, we have now identified most of the names.
