Various people have asked me why we don't distribute Old Buckwellians News by email. I have always resisted this in the past, because I believed that most readers like the printed format for magazines. There was also the problem of file size: each edition contains many photos, and we try to keep the quality of the print and graphics as high as possible.
But the incessant advance of technology means we should keep this under review. Many people are now turning to digital newspapers and using tablet PCs to read them. Also, we now have a means of giving internet-connected readers access to the magazine without having to attach it to an email.
