BUCKHURST HILL COUNTY HIGH SCHOOL

John Robins

John Robins, who taught French and Latin at BHCHS from 1964-1970, died at St Clare Hospice on 22nd September 2010.

John's name will be familiar not just to his former pupils. He supported our network in a unique way, by enabling the transfer to DVD of a series of cine films he took during his time at our school. These films are an important part of our archive.

John was an active Methodist, and several Old Bucks participated at his funeral.
